Richard Paul

As Senior Vice President of Employer Strategy and Development, Richard Paul is responsible for Beacon Health Options’ product development and market growth strategies supporting sales, new market entry and development, client retention, and product innovation and enhancements. He is the company’s key thought leader around industry trends affecting workplace mental health and wellness issues, evolving customer needs and expectations, and innovative product development opportunities.

Mr. Paul is past president and board member of the Employee Assistance Society of North America (EASNA) and has authored dozens of articles on issues that affect productivity and organizational performance. He also serves as a board member for the Brief Intervention Group (BIG) Initiative and is co-editor of the book, Workplace Disaster: Preparedness, Response and Management.
